Overview
We want you to receive the product you ordered in the condition it left us. Because these are laboratory research products, returns are limited as described below. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
What we cannot accept back
Opened, used, altered, contaminated or tampered-with products cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, write to Bioreverselabs.mx@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Please do not send anything back before we give you return instructions.
Refunds
After we review your case, we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, we refund to the account that sent the payment. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
You can ask to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us with your order number. Orders that have already shipped follow the rules above.
