Bio Reverse Labs operates bioreverselabs.mx and supplies research peptides and laboratory compounds from the Mayan Riviera, Mexico. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the details of your order. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the messages so we can answer you and handle your order.
Payments by bank transfer are made directly from your bank. We do not receive or store your online banking credentials. We may keep the transfer reference and amount to confirm your payment.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, confirm payments, answer questions, send order updates and keep records required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only when needed to run the store: web hosting, email delivery, shipping carriers, payment providers and messaging services. These providers may only use it to perform their service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your language and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymize them.
