Processing orders
Orders are processed according to product availability. Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once we confirm the payment. We will email you when your order ships.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping options and costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier, and can be affected by customs, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged packages
