When it&#8217;s done well, it looks more like a relationship than a service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A concierge longevity practice starts with your data. Your bloodwork, your body composition, your sleep, your stress load, sometimes a full hormone panel. From there, your plan gets built around you, not pulled from a package. That plan might include nutrition changes, a training program, a supplement protocol, or a peptide protocol prescribed and monitored by a licensed physician. What it should never include is a promise about your outcome or a diagnosis handed to you over a form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concierge part matters more than you&#8217;d expect. Bring these with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On who is actually treating you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who reviews my labs, and is that person a licensed physician or someone reading results off a chart?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will I speak with the physician directly, or only with a coordinator relaying information?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How often will my plan be reviewed once I start, and what triggers a change to it?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On what you&#8217;re actually getting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What does a full plan include, and what&#8217;s an extra cost I should know about now, not later?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If my first protocol doesn&#8217;t work for me, what happens next, and is that adjustment included?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What&#8217;s the plan if my labs come back showing something the practice isn&#8217;t equipped to handle?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On accountability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What&#8217;s your refund or cancellation policy if I need to stop partway through?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can I see your credentials and your physician&#8217;s license directly, not just a bio page?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who do I contact if something feels off between check-ins?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A provider with a real concierge model will answer all of these clearly and without hesitation, usually before you finish asking.
